Fancied a quick jaunt straight from work last night, but with the big swell and winds on the go.........where?
Within 20mins I landed at a 'potential' mark, just a drive down the end of an unknown road, looking for somewhere else :shock:
Just getting dark as I got the rod sorted, game on and off we go..........around the corner was a glorious sight of a sheltered cove, no swell to worry about and the wind on my back :-D:-D:-D
On with a small speckled hazedong and a gentle flick out produced this beauty

The fish were right in close, feeding off the seaweed on the pebbles, breaking surface about 3' from shore :mrgreen:....where's my blwty flyrod :evil:

New mark and a real winner in the pending winter swells :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
