Just thought I would say a really big thank you to all of you that have supported me and Mr Fish Ltd this year. I have had this passion for lure fishing in the UK for many years and never really expected it to grow as well as it has. Its still a small aspect of a sport in the UK, and maybe it will never grow as huge as it has in other countries, but there are a few of us now that through the wonder of the internet have managed to keep in touch and know we are not alone. It is growing guys, and we are pioneers in a way, yes we all know its been around for years but using things like this forum and other mediums is really great eh.

So all the very best to and your loved ones, enjoy every moment you have and remember the summer isnt too far away.

Thanks Mick,
For providing plugging kit that doesn't come from the stone age, for putting up with us ringing you up when you have a shop full of customers just to get that plug we can no longer live without. The way you treat customers is little short a of incredible at times (especially when replacing broken Shukan top sections)
As you say plugging is growing, and is now treated seriously, where once it wasn't. You are part of that change, which is something to be very proud of.
Have a Great Christmas, a very merry new year.

Right now I am off for try get that Jacko image out of my head. :bangin:

Cheers Mick for stocking all the good stuff and taking the time to help us and not necessarily just selling us the stuff you want to get rid of or the dearest stuff. Oh, and thanks for sorting me a replacement top section for my rod that this ham-fisted tw*t managed to break!

Mick, I owe you a huge debt of gratitude. I was a complete lure nut for years from about twenty years ago. After countless blanks I eventually gave in and stopped plugging for bass altogether. My lure fishing from then on revolved around mackerel, garfish and flounders.
Then flicking through a Sea Angler in WH Smiths I cam across an articles by Henry and adverts for Mr Fish. Since then I have caught a few bass, made some new friends, been to Jersey and been to Wexford. Not bad really. The bass fishing locally remains a huge disappointment compared to other areas. Fortunately (?) Dave(Tunny) proved it is not a complete lack of ability when we have struggled together!
I have had a great time, spent loads of money both with him and plenty of others and enjoyed every minute. And now possess some of the best lure tackle on the planet.

And a big thanks to Henry too. Inspiring articles in Sea Angler fuelled the desire to spend the money, Mick just had all the right kit. Cheers chaps.

Merry Xmas to you both, and all your supporting crew.

Here-here, I'll drink to that! Hic!

Thanks for all of the advice Mick and for bringing us the latest in lure fishing gear when the majority of retailers don't see the point in doing so.

Thanks also to the kind people on here who give their time to help others by answering their (my) endless questions. May the fishing gods fill the seas with bass and your tackle box with Japanese lures.

"God bless us, everyone".

Tones.
