    One question.

Big Surf, steep beach / shallow beach, bass, lure choice?

    Thanks.

    go figure !
if you are lucky enough to have a big surf and good water clarity then give the sg eel a swim........unfortunately most of our surf beaches around north wales will have brown water with even a small surf running

Steep beach..... Zonk, sgs or anything that has a good buzz while fishing the back wash or tw lures out in the deeper water

Shallow beach..... Something like a 12g bfm that can be bumped along the bottom looking for rips and gullies or a dc12 (or similar shallow diver) for ripping through the White water

We've had some good fish right out of the gutter on a steepish beach. Soft plastics - xslayer with jig head or similar to hold it in position.

Metals for distance, shads on a suitably weighted jig close in...

A great lure Neil and extremely versatile! The Lemon Back and Real Pearl in particular are bass slayers but all the colors work. They should get you plenty of fish ;);)

Thanks guys! The video doesn't do the numbers of fish justice, we must've had 30 fish between 3 rods on the first session in the video. Amazing what can come out of the surf on lures at times. We had some serious help from some extremely knowledgeable forum members to find them but we still had to put serious hours in to make it all come together. One of those Red Letter Days alright!
