As George's Scierra Aquatex Bootfoot waders are no longer waterproof, he is looking into a pair of breathable stocking foot waders. There are plenty of options at good prices - £100-120 will seem get you waders and boots, but sizing is the issue as most retailers seem to only stock from size Medium upwards and he would be a Small (5'6" and size 7 feet). Waders are generously cut for us fat old blokes, but for a skinny teenage lad they don't seem to have the sizes available. Do we have to look at women's sizes (I am sure they are virtually identical, just smaller) or do you know where he can find an affordable range in sizes to suit? Replacements are quite urgent especially now that he is wading more when fly fishing!
