Nice. With a tourism agency that puts red snapper, salmon and the like on our brochures what do you expect?

At least the restaurants will be able to put it on on the specials board at daft prices alongside "fresh Jersey plaice", "fresh Lemon sole", "fresh black bream" (in November)............

It is a shame because we have some of the best commercial species in Europe. But what gets actually sold and served here is generally crap. Ever had boiled spider crab in a Jersey restaurant? Cooked well it is food of the gods.
