guys what your perfect conditions for bass lure fishing.i stuck with a few rules last year and my catch rate went to through the roof.these 3 rules..early morning...overcast...blue grey tint or 80/20 clarity.this day was one of my best on divers, blue grey tint and overcast..pic of my daughters fella who recently joined the lure brigade.
.maybe we could list a few favoured conditions that learners could relate to.cheers daz

Hmm, good rules there Daz....but we've caught in a wide variety of water conditions this year, when your working away from home you just gotta fish regardless of conditions......light, dark, ealry, late, clear, choco, calm, wild......I think the bass will feed whenever food passes their noses plus you won't catch unless that plug is in there

Wet, wild, late afternoon, couldn't see anything.....good fun though :D

Wet, good swell, mid morning :D :D

Cloudyish water, mid dayish, very light swell :D :D :D

Before dawn, clear water, no swell :D :D :D

Midday, clear, no swell and fishing back toward the cliffs :D  :D

I love being out on those muggy, overcast days we get in the late summer. A bit of swell, light winds. I have heard similar days referred to as 'milky' before. They may not be the most productive time, but the whole atmosphere just feels really fishy to me, so I cannot resist getting out in it.
