I know that bass have been few and far between over the last couple of months, here in sunny Wales. But twice in the last week, while surfing, I've seen Cormorants working near the rocks and catching plug sized baitfish. Surely there must be fish there, it's just a case of finding what makes them take ? And if it's not bass, there should be something feeding on these tasty treats, other than the birds !
