Just back from a few days down in Cornwall this week, small children and cracking weather meant that beaching rather than fishing was the order of the day, however made it out for a couple of hours one afternoon. Not ideal conditions so decided to have a crack for wrasse on the soft plastics

I fished an old haunt in the carrick roads, the first hour was hugely frustrating with missed bites, lost lures and being busted up (my fault, forgot to set the drag) before I go the hang of it... this was the biggest of three I landed



Bloodly good fun but they dont half mangle your xlayers, reckon it would be cheaper to use peelers!

Nice work Mike :clap:. They do make a mess of Xlayers . . . great fun though ;).
