Popped out for about an hour this evening just to chuck some new lures about. Planned to have a go for some flounder but the tide was too high and it didn't feel right. Settled in a nice little cove and within a few minutes had this little baby. Still about a pound short of even being called 'small', but a bass nonetheless. Happy days.

Nice one, Bass is a Bass! Easy to blank and get disheartened at this quiet time of year, only gets worse until March for me as well.

well done !!! Almost makes me want to bring my rod out of hibernation, if i lived down south i think i would be out all through the winter, but not in north wales.
