Daiwa Dead or Alive

Interesting take on the wounded fish design - they swim on their side and only dive 1ft down despite being pretty heavy.
Might give one a go.
The Dead or Alive is a great wake/top-water bait and if you can get your hands on one of the smaller versions I’m sure it will work just fine for bass. The design includes a lot of metal ware though so a thorough rinse in freshwater every time you’ve used it is essential.

Danny, strange looking lure but give it go like you said. Be the first mate.

I've got a "side walk" lure than I'm gagging to give a go. It would be perfect from a boat close in (cast towards the shore) or in fresh water if you're casting towards a bank. The eye clip is on the side of the lure rather than the front, so you cast out to the far right or left and as you retrieve it instead of coming directly back to you it works its way along the costline/river bank.

All I need is a boat so I can try it out. Anyone got a spare one?

Bassorama,
I would be very interested in a link to that lure you mentioned, I can think of quite a few places where it might worth fishing.
