Someone mentioned one of these somewhere the other day and while browsing I found one and being so weak I ordered one (along with ahem a ahem "few" other things).

And here it is!!

It's heavy, 28.5g on the mini scales I have and long at 170mm but pretty slim.

Interesting pattern which is basically an almost clear lure with 3 small fish patterns painted along it's side. In my best Japanese it dives 15-80cm (as in they are the only numbers!!) and it has 3 ST-46 size 4 hooks. The moving weight system isn't a couple of magnetic balls like other lures, it's a cylinder of lead which slides within an internal tube.

I'll get it out and try it when it's warm enough for us Guerns to venture out of doors!!

The Spainish bass pluggers have been raving about this lure since August time when they first got it, casts like a missile, and the bass seem to love the action.
Saltiga has a couple and off his Super Distance they really fly.

They are great lures. Great action and cast miles. I haven't caught on it yet though!!! Not the lures fault it hasn't been used much. I have a couple of colours, one similar to a sandeel and the others are bleeding pilchard.
I have recently got some of the Shore Line Shiner 12 F-G in bleeding sardine to compliment the Saltiga Minnows of the same size (but in other colours). They are not the same lure though, the SLS is slimmer profile and with a smaller bib. Great action and casts well. Lots of very good Daiwa lures available in Japan including the TD Pencil. Over here they are not very popular but in Japan they seem to be constantly sold out.

Think it was one of the Jap sites Vidar put in his great page full of links with shiney things on them...

Post isn't cheap and it's not as quick as ordering locally (or UK) so you need to order quite a bit to make up for the post. Not sure if Mick can get them? I guess that might have been discussed already but the memory is awful by Friday.
