Picked up a pack of these yesterday from my local shop in Bristol (Veals).

Just wondering what a good choice of jighead would be, or range or jigheads to suit varying conditions/locations...?

Paul, these are quite big shads, so I would suggest 10-20g jigheads (ball or fish head style) as long as you are fishing fairly deep water or over a clear-ish bottom. The action on the tails is great but they don't cast so well without a reasonable size jighead. I think you would struggle with less than 10g.

You can get standard and articluated jigheads made to properly fit them. :wink:
