Hello everyone.
I am in need for a smaller and lighter reel than my TP 4000 FB, to pair up with my Gloomis SJR 783 and my LC ESG I.
I've been thinking about the Shimano Rarenium 2500 which seems to be a nice reel and quite light, but I have come across sites advertising the 3000 size has having more line capacity than the 2500 and in the Normark/Shimano catalog (Portugal and Spain Shimano representatives) they advertise the 2500 has having more line than the 2500.
So my question to the guys who own Rarenium's is, does the 3000 have more line, or does the 2500 hold more line?
I think the 3000 has that shallow spool and less line, but I really want the one with more line capacity of both.
Thanks!
Cheers from Portugal!
