This was caught in mid-april. As you can see, it was a glorious day, and I liked this photo best as it reminds me of the start of the summer - and the start of long evenings after work spent plugging. I had mumps at the time and was off work for the week as well.

Jersey guys will know where this is, for those that dont, its St Ouens, which makes up the west coast of Jersey. In the background you can see Rocco Tower, which can be easily reached at low water. Can be very good wading around that area on the flood.

I love this picture I snapped with my mobile, its Nelson and Neil as I usually see them and think of them. The great thing too is this was the 22nd of March this year...thats only like 90 days away!! T-shirts in 90 days!! Hard to believe with the weather we are experiencing at the moment.

Further to my photo at the start of this thread, I have just been for a walk down at St Ouens and took this photo looking back down into St Ouens (looking north from the SW corner). You can see Rocco Tower around low water on a 37ft tide. The bit stickin out in the distance is the top left hand corner of Jersey, L'Etacq, which can also give some cracking sport at times. The photo isnt brilliant as it was on my iphone, which has a shite camera, but you can see another couple of islands as well, which are Sark and then Herm I believe.

This year Liam, remind me to watch out for those railings in the pic!!

Such a problem taking pics at the weigh in's. It was bloney mental last time trying to weigh them, write details down and then take a pic as well in the crowds!!

I liked that shot and also this one from the festival, though the two anglers, father and son pairs team are not on this site.

I've booked the whole weekend of the festival off work for this year and also the weekend of the Jersey fest.
