To be honest, it's not traditional, or necessarily a 100% topwater bait if you give it a straight retrieve, but since no topwater baits is particularly successful for me (I very, very rarely fish them), the OSP Bent Minnow was looking like a little beauty the other night, fishing it super slow on the surface in flat calm conditions. 'Shaking' it on the pause like I would an XLayer, if there were bass in the area, they'd have had it!

By far the z-claw trout has worked the best for me, I fish fresh/salt water estuaries where small trout do swim so it doesn't look out of place to any bass.
