I have a week off work last week of October and will be staying at Fethard on Sea. Would be good to meet up with some of the locals and have a few sessions, also is there any tackle shops in the area where I could get replacement patchinkos, zonks etc.!!

Hi fin. I'm there the first week of October. I'll let you know how I get on. One tackle shop I know about is absolute fishing in tramore which specialises in lure stuff. Henry gilbey has a link to the site in his blog I think.

Likewise if any locals are about the first week in October and fancy a trip out let me know.

Nice one spider, I will be heading over to Tramore to the shop for some supplies so will be over your way.

Not long to go now :)

If anyone has any advice for the Bannow, Fethard, Hook head area a PM would be appreciated

Just had a look at MSW and looks like the conditions are going to be pretty rough! I know things might change a bit but looks like its going to be a bit too wild for any rock marks..
