Alright guys quick report ,with me living so far away from the coast decided this week to purchase a freshwater licence as i live 5 minutes walk from the mersey anyway went for an hour today and had this beast

Ok so joking apart not a monster but my first ever freshwater catch ,quite enjoyed myself and is on my doorstep ,will never replace my sea fishing but is nice to have an option closer to home cheers guys.

welldone on your first fresh water fish mate, getting well into fly fishing this year and hooking fish on such light gear is great fun
