hi peter,

to get going, just try casting and slowly retrieving, make sure you use small lures in the 2-3 inch range with jig heads in the 3.5gram approx go lighter if conditions allow for a slower fall if thats how the fish want it, once you get the hang of what your doing try fishing for them on the drop, do your self a favour and read through some other posts on jig fishing either in the LRF/HRF threads or read through some of keith's articles on www.jerseybassguides.com

only time fishing in different why's will hopefully show you how the fish want it.

all the best

That looks as if it will be great fun on light gear Peter ! The Jersey guys are doing the same thing and we are reading some cracking reports from them, let us know how you get on ?
