Long may it continue is right!! I'm learning so much here that I've got to take breaks in reading so that I can actually digest what's going in!! Hope to have some catch reports up soon to see what the rest of you guys make of our bass fishing here in west cork, that is of course if the fishing gods are good to me

South west is always good my man, fishing well at the moment thank god! Comp tomorrow with the local club so a few of us are trying to fish it with lures only to see how we get on thanks to inspiration gained here!! Hopefully have a good evening!! the south east is really to wake up yet as far as the lures are concerned its been 2 weeks of straight northerlys and north easterlys,keeping the fish down it seems,
we have had a few in the past couple of weeks but no real pattern to them , the bait seems to be out fishing the lures at the minute so its fully steam ahead on the lug friday evening after work so hopefully we can land a few before the ban arrives...

You are right about the amount of info I have trouble myself taking it all in.
My wife and I have been to Clonakilty and the Beara peninsula on a fishing trip, Fantastic area we loved it.

The missus and me went round Beara and had a pint in Clonakilty last summer, visited the tackle shop etc. beautiful part of the world, lovely people. Oh, and welcome!!!!Hello Mark

Beautiful spot alright, plenty of places to be explored in the coming year with the plugs!! Not a bad place to put the feet up either. I'm like the west cork tourism board here better shut up!
