Thanks to Alex for pointing me towards the forum. Im looking foward to having a good read and hopefully making a positive contribution from time to time . I fly fish most of the time but do love surface lure fishing for UK / Eire Bass and tropical thugs.

Im finding some decent fish at last . Lost a thug last week, fish came to the surface next to the boat un aware it was hooked . Spooked turned and the fly just popped out . Had a 5 lb fish on the next cast !

Im fishing everyday from 18 th Sept - 4 th Oct so no excuse this year

After that Im game on !
