How to swap full name for a shorter version?

As it says ‘On TheTin’ how do I re-edit name associated with Avatar?

Only admin can change your username. At one stage the use of your proper name was required and that was not a bad thing. Things have changed but assuming you still want to change...hopefully admin will see your thread or may I suggest messaging admin with the name you require.
