I read Henry's blog today and was pleased to see Henry has found an awesome little lure. I've been trying to get hold of some ever since their release but with no joy. However, when we came to do the Weymouth Bass Festival, Vidar with his extensive knowledge of Japanese imports, managed to secure a few for the tackle box and I had the absolute pleasure of using a few. We were both totally mesmerized (?) by it's action and just to reiterate what Henry has said in his blog, it's the wiggle that does it, very sexy indeed :) It does run very shallow and it's a bit like a feed shallow on speed BUT lift the rod tip and let it float to stand still and you can pop it on the surface. Do this a few times to get some attention then drop the tip and wind. Bang, fish on. We had a few Bass during the festival on the Komomo II and here's my favorite pic of a feisty schoolie who thought this lure was a sexy as I did. Hey hey....

Yeeeeeeeay!!! Another fan!!

Nice pic!! :p

It currently scores 74% on my site's rating system, which is actually very good! Of the 10 or so IMA lures that I've used, It's currently 3rd from those 10 but that's probably a little unfair - it only loses out because of it's lack of stability and thefore, versatility. If it wasn't for average marks on those 2 then it'd be joint top! :D

Great to hear, thanks so much for the info - really pleased to see the lure has done a bit of damage, can't wait to give it a proper thrashing. Love the fact that you are letting it come back to the top and then working it a bit.
