im fishing a fundraiser at ginst point on sunday with guys from the wsf in memory of a good freind and fundraiser steve wood,i would like to know if its any good there for the plugs or even the fly ?.

Hi Jeff

I have just ordered my lug! Would imagine small soft plastics may work there for the Bass. Could pick up a Bass on a fly depending on the surf.

Will have to meet up this summer, we will be trying to get a G Grey on a small soft plastic lure this year.

you,l be lucky m8,tried a few times on the fly last year but no takers,nathan however did hook into something that headed west but chucked the hook,might have been a scoolie,that was on the g grey meet.
golden grey meet this year is on the 11th sep.
