I went down when walking through Parade Gardens this morning, as I have discovered my slick shoes are not the most practical on ice. Luckily I kind of rescued it and just had to take a knee.

Saw plenty of 4x4 drivers approaching 1:50 slopes with trepidation at 5mph as well, which is always funny. Suprised they didnt have their chains on.

We had 4 inches of snow this morning and more to come.... so much for a bit of bassing over Xmas.... The snow hasn't melted all day as it has barely got above freezing in the wind.

Managed to sort the christmas shopping, so that is one to cross off the to do list.

Off to work 1900 - 0700 tonight, one of the madest nights of the year (Mad/black Friday) everyone on the piss, nearest hospital Hereford 43 miles away on awfull roads which get icy over the mountain in our shed of an ambulance without four wheel drive, keeps it interesting though. Roll on breakfast

Drove for a 320mile round-trip today . . . . . 6 hours driving, 2 hours of which , were in thick snow !!! Fecking nightmare !!! Had the BMW sideways, twice !! Rear wheel drive !! Shite in the slippery stuff!!!

This was where i parked for my meeting . . . . .

Glad to be home with a cold beer !!!
