A list of handy gadgets, things to use and how to use would be handy for alot of new comers.

Here is one from me, always take a sponge scourer with you.

Then when boat owners run you over you could give their hull a quick rub and clear some of the weed that builds up and slows us down. We would appreciate it, thank you.

Best kayak acc.

I really like the Ram Mount products.

one of the best is the SW 117 Rodholder.

Hi Bram,

Are those holders pretty expensive? Saw the other one's from the hobie place in the UK cost about £15, but they weren't Ram Mounts, got the same type of mount for the fish finder and it works a treat.

Cheers,

Jay
Hi Jay

just a little more as scotty's.
Buth more versatile. You can us them in any angle.
Tried otherones a well buth this is for me the best choice.
There very solid.
In a Hobie kayak you need the space around the Mirage drive.
with most of the rodholders your rodbut is to close in.

The price in Europe is 49 euro.
In the USA 49 dollar with VAT and shipment not cheaper.

Tried others a well but find these the best choice.
In the Hobie kayak you use your legs for the Mirage drive.
Other rodholders make the rodbutt to far in the kayak.
