How do I turn off the thesaurus in Leopard/Firefox? Every word the pointer hits comes with a window with a list of synonyms in multiple languages. I'm using a Macbook power pro with OS 10.5.8 Leopard (If that makes any difference). The Thesaurus is giving me grief on Firefox, so it's the Firefox thesaurus: it doesn't do it on Safari.

Tim, isn't this an 'add-on', which you should be able to disable within the 'tools/add ons' button at the top?

You may well be right there Simon, that seems to have done it, I've just hit the "reset default" box and it's worked, not really sure which tickbox was the root of it but heyho.....
