file the bib to get a sharpened edge,remove top part of lure directly above the bib, this will make the bib longer,move the line tie up,the more positive pressure on the bib will drive it futher down, but you'll lose some wobble if not all.
add 1 or 2 sizes bigger on the front treble,smaller line diameter,drop some buoyancy out of the lure.
Talking to Stanley (Ultimate fishing guru) the other night the Japanese customize alot of their lure bibs using PCB board (be similar to the zonk lip) - get a larger size bib, sand to a spoom shape and glue the enlarged bib on top of the existing one?
He was saying they mutalate a feed shallow out of the packet and use PCB board replacement as its tougher than the plastic bib already there ...
