Gaz and I were out this afternoon in Gaz's boat, we had a few Pollock and Wrasse.

Gaz had the biggest Wrasse a fish pushing 5lb, and I had a fish with a beatiful blue tail.
All fish were caught on soft plastics on jigheads, Please see pictures.

We were fishing in 20ft of water on the north coast, early flood with good current pushing, the water had colour, vis about 10ft.

Andy and myself ventured out after work tonigt, the pollack were being a bit more fussey then yesterday, taking the lures very gently. I lost a decent fish, but Andy caught the best fish of the session on my Supermix which i was letting him try out. All in all, a very enjoyable evening although a bit cold.

Nice one!! How big was the pollack roughly? Andy will be pleased with that he loves his pollack, what lure etc too if you dont mind me asking....
