PS The finish on the Jaxon lures looks like a Geologic/Decathlon lure I bought a few years ago a "cheapy", maybe €3.

I didn't think it was that great to be honest but something about it caught my eye (the price probably - I am a Jerseyman after all) so I bought one. One day I was moving my boat and came across a shoal of bass on the surface. Only shallow lure on the boat was the cheapo. Three casts, three fish to 4lb thank you very much. Now it lives on the boat (with less rotten hooks).

Dexter lures look like good value to me everyone has the wedges very few have the plastics
