Having read up about scenting hardplastic lures, I was wondering how many people do this? If so what do you use? (and where can i get some!)
Has it really affected you catch rate?

A couple of days before a trip, I've started chopping a clove of garlic and putting it in my lure boxes.
Could work, could just be placebo but results have improved thus far...

Other than for Squid I've found Garlic to be just as effective at keeping Bass away as it is Vampires.
Wrasse hate it too IME.

ANISEED works well i use pharmacy grade oil a few drops of veg oil helps it spread over the surface of the water makeing the fish come to the surface when mixed with pollard plus you can inject your sp with it dip hb 's as well opps to meny secrets
