Hi Guys

Having a bit of a dilema at the moment.

I want to get a new reel but cannot decide between the 2. Price wise the Daiwa is prob only just cheaper by about £20 so not too bothered.

I thinking of getting some YGK braid for this.

Which one would be the better reel to go for?

Both class reels, it would be the Diawa for me though, just personal choice.

They'll both do the job nicely Bob. At the end of the day it really is a Daiwa vs Shimano thing. Both are Quality. One thing to consider could be weight though - depending what rod you're putting it on. I haven't compared the stats but would guess the Rarenium is a lighter reel to hold, but the weight of the Bradia could be useful in balancing your rod more perfectly. I'd judge it by weight compared to what you're using now. If what you have balances your rod perfectly, then look at the stats for both reels and go for the one closest to it in weight.
