Where is the best place to get a spare spool for my Shimano Stradic 4000 FI & Shimano Stella 4000 FD??

cant help with that but have been struggling to find a spare spools for my old shimano alivio 3000 (plastic spool) as well .....any tips?

I think you will be able to get spare spools for Simano reels from Felindre Services Swansea Wales.Give them a google for their exact adress.They are official shimano repair agents and supplier of spare parts.
