    I've never done well on them at night Graham. Do you wake them? The Candy one has a lot of white in it so it does make sense to me that this one would be best after dark.

    I love the R50 SSRs, killer lures in the right conditions. Ironically, I've caught on the revival models but the two originals I've got haven't caught yet. Is the middle one the Diamond Dust colour? If so it works great with a bit of chop and colour, good luck with them Andy.

    It's a new colour "live wakasagi" brown back, through blue to silver. It's joining a loyal team of other R50SSRs :). Love em. Use on similar scenarios to a feed shallow but cast really well into a headwind
