I know it's a stupid problem to have . . . but a problem none the less . . . . storing your gear!! My misses gives me quite a bit of grief over the fact that i have fishing tackle everywhere. Right now . . i have . . .

1) 3 sets of waders in the bath.
2) 2 reels on the chopping board in the kitchen.
3) 2 reeels & a boga grip drying on the windowsill in the kitchen.
4) 2 rods drying in the shower.
5) 2 rods in the corner of the en-suite.
6) A big box of hoodies, polo's & t-Shirts in the conservatory.
7) A beach box & rucksack inside the back door.
8) A bag of lures on the windowsill in the living room (new gear).
9) 3 sets of 2010 tide tables dotted around (1 in my bedroom, 1 in my car, 1 on my desk in work).
10) A pile of fishing books in the living room.
11) 2 radiators full of gear from the weekend drying (clothes).

etc, . , , , etc , , , ,

Where do you store yours . . .?

Thank's for putting that list up i will show it to my Ann and she can see how lucky she is
that Asylum looks good wonder if they will do me a bulk order at discount 10 should about do me
When we move back over the road i will be taking over the attic [wonder how long that will last]

My misses also hates me for leaving my tackle spread all over the flat.
Do not have a resolution till now but buy a house with a room for it all.
She told me to put all the tackle into the garage, but there is already the other half and the two motorbikes and all the tools and, and, and...

Converted my airing cupboard to my tackle storage with some other stuff in the garage! Need to mount a little rod rack in the cupboard to hold my rods out of the way ....

Gear around the house?? Its everywhere in my place, there is no basket, drawer, shelf, cupboard, car, in the house that doesnt have a lure or a reel sticking out of it. When in Nantes two years ago I get a call from my mrs, George (the cat) had decided to play with a bass fly in the front room, it was a nice black feather tied on a treble, it pierced his tongue and he had to go to the vets to get it removed. I asked where it was when I returned, the mrs was not impressed that I asked.

I'm not allowed any fishing gear in the house -- luckily I have a shed -- although drying clothing is a problem at this time of the year.

my fishing gear is spread about far too loosely for my liking!!! utility room, garage, shed, snooker room, fishing room, kitchen, bedroom, loft etc!!
need the father-in-law to build an extension on the extension for me!!!!! which apparently is ok by the mrs on the basis we have a hot tub!!!!! lol. scattered loosely it is!!!!
