An outstanding fish, processing a lot of photos at the moment - will be up on my blog in due course..............

Nice one Nathan, could not believe a fish like that coming out - driving out of Plymouth this morning in heavy falling snow, somewhat surreal to say the least !!

I give Nathan and his dad Robert huge credit for showing me this stuff they do in the middle of a UK winter - don't mind admitting one bit that this time of year my lure stuff is usually tucked away for a few months (Ireland trips excepted), but these guys have really opened my eyes to what is possible if you stick at it.

Another reminder to me that just about the best part of my job is getting to meet, fish with, talk to and photograph around such a wide variety of talented anglers. Nothing beats it.

Thanks guys, pix will be ready sometime soon.

Good to have you back Bob

Can't argue with the guiding comment, Stormy is definately turning up the bass, even at this time of year. Very Impressed.

Blindfold is fine, My other half has had me fitted with a GPS. Well she always seems know when I am sloping off fishing anyway  I will just check where I was, with her. :badlol:

Try being within driving distance with a massive downfall of snow predicted over night! Could be out there myself tomorrow but it's not looking likely. Any other winter but "the worst in 50 years"...

Very impressive!
I really need to move house!!!! I wouldn't mind being snowed in down there if the fishing is that good. Great that Henry was there too. Quality pictures of good fish can't be beaten. Well done guys.

Mike and Mick - this is the sort of story we need to really open people's eyes as to what is possible. If it is coming as a shock to us, imagine what it will do to the fishing community at large. And to those he would say it's just a fluke, Ben and Nathan have been catching consistently over the last couple of weeks and decent fish too.
Can we get a story (nathan can we get a link from your blog perhaps) to the front (public) page of the forum?
