It was Kev that posted that thread! I have some similar to the 2nd and 4th. I will also be trying the little rubber delta eels

Oops sorry Kev...Was a very good thread.

I have been thinking about the eels too, just haven't got any small enough at the moment.

Hywel, personally I prefer resin heads (epoxy or bug bond) or no additional weight (ie dumbell`s) on my teasers not to affect various retrieves/techniques/actions.

Hi, I read with great interest the above article which I shall give a go, has anyone tried this using poppers? or does the teaser affect the popper. I am assuming the teaser has a hook size of about 1/0.
I'm a newbie at the moment and still finding my way around the forum which is great.

err im no expert on the subject but i personally wouldn't put em on when using surface lures.
