These have been spotted in the secret squirrel, Area 51 section of a certain shop.

We know Mr W has something sexy in mind for these, but we're not talking anything to do with Valentine's Day!

Could they be the much vaunted 2011 SP prototypes from Ichibum tackle?

Are those lures in your possession Paul.

I ask because those hands look like they've done an honest day's work ...LOL

Are you going out later ? or tomorrow ?

Doing Wed night too for those interested.

Hmmm.

Up until about 10 mins ago I had been thinking about calling in the favours OPEC owe me and getting all the way out there for about 7.30-8pm. That's if I don't get stopped in a roadcheck without a visa.

Paul,
Watch your back, those secret squirrels at Ichibum Tackle don't like their secret escaping. Loose lips and all that. Watch out for a dark figure wheezing and moaning about the F**king mark being too f**king steep. If you hear him coming run like the wind. Oh and snag me a couple of each, drop them in the normal place and I will get them reverse engineered.

Thought i'd google a secret squirrel quote and came up with.....

"Oh for goodness sake, you put it in upside down!"
"I'm sorry, Secret. I thought the pointy end went in first."
-Secret Squirrel and Morrocco Mole, Secret Squirrel

Hmmmmmm

Haha, on a serious note who are the main makers of crab imitation baits? Berkley?

real crab is a great bait.

soft plastic crabs can be deadly.

I don't own a hard crab lure.

That may have to change.

I normally rely on small bottom bouncing cranks but I suppose in clear water, a proper imitation would be cool.

I quite like the look of the Zip Baits C-Bream crab imitations. Although they're small (55 and 60mm versions available - and obviously built for bream), I'm sure they'd catch wrasse. Better over broken ground perhaps, and a possible flouder catcher too!!
