Callum and I popped out for a few hours earlier on this afternoon, through to late evening and had a few fish.

It was mad as we had a couple more wrasse in the dark.

Love the scrap you get off these fish.

Also I would like to say a BIG well done to Luke Lewis for winning the wrasse competition. Lukes a great lad and I'm so glad he won. Great angling to land a fish this hard fighting, at that size!

Interesting having them in the dark. Might try my same spots and tactics at night and see what happens. Can't say i have ever tried.

Top work guys.

Thats a first for me, I have never heard of a wrasse caught in the dark before, bait or lure. Well done you two on the fishing and the blog.
Keith caught a 865lb Wrasse on bread whilst fishing for mullet in the dark. So clearly this isn't the first occurrence of capturing Wrasse after dark.
